I'll tell you a story!

During the Holcomb Creek trail run I realized that the 2N06X trail was open. IOt's an off-shoot from holcomb creek.
It's also been closed due to the fires but there wasn't any trail-closed signs at the turn off when we were there.
I just found this video from an adopt a trail, trail assessment. it' looks like they were up there on the 23rd and probably did a silent opening.
This last weekend was probably the first weekend that it was open, I've never done the trail but I'd really like to go check it out.
Looks like there are rocks. I like rocks.

Soo when do you guys wanna go?
I know there is only one rock garden but we can run other stuff too. there are actually quite a few other trails up there that no one talks about. We should go through the So. Cal trails book and dig em up.
I'm honestly getting tired of running the bull and gold mtn.

or we say 'screw it', head north and run the dusy.

Interesting.  Did you try contacting the OHV group and see if it's open?

I dug up this list of trails from the guide book:
http://www.funtreks.com/california-books/guide-to-southern-california-backroads-4-wheel-drive-trails

but there are a lot missing, check out this list.
http://www.sbnf-adopt-a-trail.com/

I don't even know what most of these are...

There was a time not long ago when that adopt-a-trail list was full and clubs would jump at openings.

I remember those days.
I'd really like to get a solid AAT group together. It's something i wanted to do with the 22nd EG but then the economy took a dive and wheeling slowed down below a crawl.

sunday?!

Possibly.

I want to finish up this list.
