so i had to fix the timing belt i guess it skipped a tooth , i figured since i had everything apart i might as well do an e-fan
picked up a Taurus fan from T-ray  went to metal shop and then started this 



pretty much done , i had to notch the drivers side to clear the steering box
tomorrow ill see if i can get installed and wired up

other than some mounting brackets , its done

oh and welding aluminum sucks lol , good thing is that its not a structural weld


radiator is back in , now just have to wait for the kit to show up

its the 2 speed ford taurus fan , the kit im wanting to get has a 2 week lead time so i may end up getting something different

i cut the original ford fan shroud down just what you see in the pics otherwise it wouldnt have worked just bolting it to the aluminum shroud

also the ford shroud didnt even come close to the coverage this shroud has

Where are you getting the kit from? I am assuming you are just getting a thermostat kit, will that be with a tapped in sensor on the radiator?

i paid for this kit , but i didnt see a 2 week lead time so i may get a refund and  go with something different but ive heard alot of good things about this kit

got it all wired up
used a 50 amp circuit break for high and 30 for low , 2 75 amp relays and a 3 way switch to control it for now
i may install the control i order but ill probably just sell it

turned it on the other night and worked great but had to shut it off cause i was running open headers and the truck was way too loud

cause its not here lol , and apparently it takes 3 weeks to get here
i should have done research on this guys customer service before i ordered but his product is highly recommended
