I just thought i'd throw the word out there. that tonight they are talking about satellite communications via ham radio. I thought some here may find it interesting.

The net is on the Keller peak repeater in So. Cal in the San Bernardino mountains at: 146.385 + PL:146.2

If you're a ham radio operator that is outside of the repeater range. you can connect via echolink software found at: http://www.echolink.org/

You can also connect via IRLP to node#7870

Just found out that on the 24th they are going to talk about Dutch Oven Cooking  cheers

Useful skill to have for sure. However i don't think they are going to go over my secret peach cobbler recipe  cover
