Steeevo, any word?  I've been curious about this since we talked at the field day.

Any word?  What's it going to entail?  I was looking over the axle I've got and am thinking about getting the plan together finally.

I'm swapping out the D44. my new axle will be here in about 2 months then the truck goes under the knife. getting all new suspension front and rear. everything that goes onto the pathy will be available in kit form.

I guess I'm just curious about the details/components of what you're envisioning (link type, what would be needed, etc.)

I'm getting going slowly, but don't want to start piecing things together until I have more of a plan in place. I'm curious because if what you're working on comes together would work out, I'd like that to be an option.

ah ok. It'll be a 3-link on 14" short body remote reservoir radflow coilover shocks.
I'll be using the front H233B diamond axle. which i'll make available with all the required brackets welded on for the SAS.

What size tires are you planning on running?
I'll be running 37's on the pathfinder but using 12" coilovers on 35's shouldn't be a problem.

I'm planning on 35s.  I have a D44 from a Waggy (not full width) and have a line on 12" coilovers in either a 32- or 36-inch length, but I'm thinking the 32-inchers would be the way to go.

yup the 32's will work out better in your case.
just an fyi I don't have any immediate plans for making brackets to fit the D44 with the kit.

Bummer about the brackets.  I was planning on the Waggy D44 as well.  I highly doubt I will be able to find another set of H233b gears for $250. Are you going to have the option to purchase the frame side brackets separately?

I found the OE gear cutter for H233B gears. once i get my hands on them, Retail price will be around $250 for 5.14, 5.57 & 5.87. These are brand new gears from the OE gear cutter. I have a source for 5.42's but are Non-OE and are far too expensive. 4.88's are still in the air. probably won't order any 4.88. but if i do the retail price will also be around $250

frame side brackets and links, track bar and coilover hoops will be as a kit.

edit:
It turns out that i have to order 100 sets of each ratio at a time... still trying to pull strings.
I'll be looking at turning out 5.14s first.

$250 is much better than $450-500.  Any idea how much complete Diamond front axle will run?

The 5.14s I got were 36:7.  I'm pretty sure they originally came from AC.
