I'm thinking it would be more handy to have say, in case you're leaving a trail that had an open gate originally but somebody locked it while you're on it. Used to have that happen occasionally when parking at the trailhead mountain biking. Title: Re: OK Dudes, check this out - this is going to make me very popular Post by: SteeevO on February 27, 2012, 08:54:47 PM exactly as bobby pointed out. good to have in case you end up in a situation where you're unintentionally stuck on the inside trying to get out. but the other way is a big no-no. it's a big deal if you get caught on the wrong side of a gate. regardless if you cut the lock, blew it off with a shotgun or simply unlocked it with a key.
