I love it so far.  Beautiful work as usual.  What's the deal with the upper link joints being perpendicular to each other?

Title: Re: Lee's Xterra SAS
Post by: theking on January 25, 2011, 08:42:24 PM
Thanks.  The upper link is just easier to mount that way with two tabs coming off the frame.  The J Joints have just enough misalignment to work that way.

this makes me really really jealous. whats the running tally?

Title: Re: Lee's Xterra SAS
Post by: theking on January 31, 2011, 11:25:16 PM
Just be sure to give Lee a hard time. lol  He has a really nice truck, there.  He still needs front gears, hubs, and some new axle shafts would be wise.  But so far I would say the total is in the 4K to 5K range in parts.

yeah dude. I think i owe kenny a beer. every day,... for the rest of my life. its awesome. i wouldnt say 5k... ill tally it all up and see. i flexed it out with the forklift at work today. witht he leafs in the rear you cant fully flex the front. i still have room.

kenny- dude, flexed as far as it will allow (approx) im still like,....a solid 3 inches from the bump stops. haha but everything works nice as far as clearing all the moving parts in both directions. your the man.
