Title: Still around! Post by: helix66 on September 28, 2010, 10:41:25 PM I dropped off for a while, between sketchy internet access and a general and gross lack of work/fund$ I've been laying low. August was about as bad as it can get work-wise, things have been a bit better but not enough to feel like I can wheel or risk breaking rusty. Hope to catch up at some point!

Driving through a Honkywood intersection the light turns yellow and the kid in front slams on the brakes to avoid the red light cam, I couldn't fkn believe it or stop in time and slid into a Mercedes c230; so pissed. The insurance company is handling it but ultimately it's perceived as my fault. I talked to a lawyer friend who works for All state up in Portland, basically nothing I can do.
I'd love to get out and wheel sometime or hang or camp, I guess it's still a bit roasty anyway. I'll be more diligent about checking in here, I was/am just bummed not being able to do much! |
