What's your policy on refunds just in case one cannot make it out? I want to try to get out there this year, and everything is lining up to where it should work, but sometimes my job forces me to change plans.
Either way I'll be registering before the end of the day.
We don't currently do refunds due to planned commitments taken from total number of participants. I'd say sometimes it's better to wait until you know for sure but can understand if trails filling up, etc. is a concern.
