Title: Solid Axle Swap Steering Setup Post by: SteeevO on October 03, 2012, 08:09:10 PM For the Solid Axle Swap Nissan Pathfinder we'll be changing out the stock pitman arm for a fabricated pitman arm for use with 3/4" heim joints. We'll also install high steer arms and set up the drag link and tie rod in double sheer. Later down the road we'll revisit this and Upgrade to a hydro assist system.

I'll have to post pictures of it installed on the truck. We had another pitman arm that we were using but it was a good prototype. the one that will be posted here will be one with a few improvements. Stay tuned! |
