1 piece rear drive shaft

what is necessary, to put a 1 piece rear drive shaft in a hardbody? am i going to have to rebuild that support bearing crossmember? What is the easiest way?

grab one from the junk yard and bolt it in
You should be able to just pull the center support bearing out along with the 2 piece driveshaft and replace it with a one piece. No cutting or welding should be required.

thats what every body keeps telling me...but any body got any pics? Just because nother ever works the way its supossed to for me haha, and id really like to see how good the clearance is

I did it on the pathy and had plenty of clearance with a 3 - 4" lift.
I don't think i have any pics though.

theres two sizes for the frontiers ones 45.5 ones ones 46.5 both bolt right on.. i beleive mines off of a 01 frotier weld to weld 45.5.. its fine with carrier bracket still on but i just recently cut my bracket off cause Im redoing the rear suspension and figured why not lol
