I think you'll want to run a 1-1/8 or 1-3/16 bore MC
we need a SAS FAQ page.

Aaron, what box are you running on your recent project?
I know you can run a 1st gen xterra/ frontier box but with SASing a second gen, do you NEED a front facing pitman arm box or is there enough room for a rear facing box?
Basso0321, what size tires are you planning on running?

Well here goes nothing....
Ive been putting parts together for a while now so its time to start. I purchased a 4wd transmission and got an adapter and transfer case from advanced adapters. They didn't make an adapter for the atlas 4 so i got the 2, also i got a short shifter from prg. I picked up a Dana 60 and a 14 bolt and had Andrew at letzroll chop them and put in 5.38's with grizzly lockers. I also got from him solid knuckles and artec high steering arms and yukon hubs. I plan on doing 3 link in the front and 4 in the rear so i picked up a bunch of rod end from ruffstuff. Still have to figure out what im going to do for the steering box so if anyone has any ideas let me know. So thats what i have so far, let me know what you think.

what the plan for speedometer? not sure what the testing requirements are in cali but your goin to have a full dash of lights with all the abs sensors out and brake light will be on if you go to a new MC and dont pipe in the pressure sensor im not sure if the pressure sensor for the mc will affect anything being removed other than the light coming on

I was gone for part of this convo but on a hardbody / Pathfinder box I tapped mine like the photo below. I haven't run it yet but I'm happy with the placement. I'll be doing a full write-up on my hydro assist setup. I originally tapped the holes but I ended up going with tig welding the fitting on the box instead because I didn'y like how far the pipe threaded fitting stick out from the box.
